"The road of life twists and turns and no two directions are ever the same. Yet our lessons come from the journey, not the destination."

Don Williams, Jr.

Welcome

Hello Friends,

Thanks for stopping by my site. Life is hard! Our journeys can seem strenuous and hectic! Our journeys can become crowded, busy, and overworked. When that happens it is extremely difficult to find God in the midst of it - much less find God working!

Well let me encourage you and remind you that God is in the details of our journey and ever present. The hard part is learning to recognize his presence.

This blog will help you do that as well as give you great insight into how God has spoken to me while on my journey. So take heart - begin again - allow God to unfold a new you! Find him in all things! It will change your life forever!

My Christmas Chaos

In the last week of Christmas my life as a Pastor’s Wife looked like  . . .

Twelve  . . . Christmas Eve candles (to purchase  - plus some)

Eleven . . . people needing prayer.

Ten . . . trips to my front door.

Nine . . . phone calls to return.

Eight . . .  food gift cards (to distribute).

Seven . . . gifts to wrap (for the needy plus baskets).

Six . . . pans of popcorn (to make)

Five . . . food box deliveries!

Four . . . staff members for dinner (and their children!)

Three . . . bags of milk (to give out)

Two . . . slips on the ice.

And . . . One . . . trip to the E.R! (not for me – though it should have been.)
